		DENISE WALSH received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002. She graduated from Seton Hall University with her B.A. magna cum laude in 1999. In law school she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and authored “Is Crews v. Crews Destined to be the Next Circle Chevrolet,” 32(4) Seton Hall L. Rev. 837 (2003). Ms. Walsh is a member of the New Jersey and the New York Bars. Her practice areas include business counseling, banking law and corporate law.
