		TODD M. SAHNER received his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1974, where he was a recipient of the Donald W. Mathieson and Cornelius W. Wickersham, Jr. Awards, and served as an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in social psychology from Cornell University in 1970. Mr. Sahner has more than 30 years of experience handling commercial and construction litigation matters as well as family law litigation and counseling. He has also litigated major employment matters on behalf of employers and provides counseling to employers on labor and employment matters including matters relating to enforcement of restrictive covenants, defending sexual harassment claims and assisting employers in establishing policies and procedures for employees including those related to grievance procedures, drug testing, internet use, etc. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars, and has lectured and written on subjects such as family law, civil litigation trial strategy and ethics.
