		JUDITH L. KUNREUTHER received her J.D. from George Washington University in 1981. She graduated from Cornell University with her B.A. magna cum laude in 1978. In law school she earned membership in Order of the Coif, and was a member of the George Washington University Law Review. Ms. Kunreuther authored "Antitrust Law: Bartholomew vs. Virginia Chiropractors Association” George Washington Law Review, Jan. 1981, vol. 49, no. 2. Ms. Kunreuther is a member of the New York and the New Jersey Bars. Her practice areas include mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; banking law; and corporate law.
