ANDREW S. KESSLER received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1976. He received his B.A. degree from The School of Public Affairs of the American University in 1973 graduating with Pi Sigma Alpha honors. For 30 years Mr. Kessler has handled complex litigation involving fire, asbestos and environmental events, corporate and business disputes and real estate title and valuation matters. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia Bars and has significant jury and non-jury trial experience. Mr. Kessler has appeared before the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U. S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit, the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. As an active member of the Real Estate Tax Appeal Bar, he regularly appears before the Tax Court of New Jersey and conferences with township assessors on behalf of retail, industrial, office, apartment, and shopping center property owners. Presently, Mr. Kessler concentrates his practice in general business and corporate litigation, commercial real estate litigation, estate litigation and real estate tax appeal litigation.
