HERBERT S. FORD received his law degree cum laude from New York University in 1972. He holds a B.A. in American History and Literature cum laude from Lehigh University, 1968. He has more than thirty years of experience in matters involving the following practice areas: commercial real estate matters, industrial, retail and residential developments, office and warehouse leasing, real estate development, planning and zoning matters, real estate financing matters, private real estate offerings including Federal securities compliance and Blue Sky law matters, limited liability company law, and general corporate and commercial law. Since 2000, Mr. Ford has been the attorney for the Township of Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment and he has been involved in several prerogative writ matters on behalf of the Board and the Township including involving the location of cellular telephone facilities. Mr. Ford is a member of the New Jersey (1972) and New York (1981) Bars. Mr. Ford has lectured on real estate and real estate syndication matters and written articles for journals for the real estate professionals.
