		MARY JANE DOBBS is a 1986 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton, Ohio and a 1989 graduate of Rutgers School of Law. Ms. Dobbs has substantial experience in handling both plaintiff and defendant personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability and automobile negligence actions. She has also defended numerous corporations in their general personal injury cases, including a variety of transportation related entities. She has worked extensively with a variety of expert witnesses in the medical, pharmaceutical and scientific fields. Ms. Dobbs also handles complex commercial litigation matters involving a variety of topics, including commercial contracts, fraud, federal and state RICO and employment related matters. Ms. Dobbs is the co-author of “Special Considerations in Cases Involving Civil Rico”, published in the 1993-1998 New Jersey Federal Civil Practice Handbook.
