		LAURA J. DEGENNARO received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.  She graduated from Bucknell University with her B.A. in 1999.  In law school she was a member of the Constitutional Law Journal.  In 2003, Ms. DeGennaro was law clerk to the Honorable Donald J. Volkert, Jr., Presiding Criminal Judge for the Essex County Superior Court- Criminal Division.  Ms. DeGennaro is a member of the New Jersey Bar.  Ms. DeGennaro practices in the areas of business acquisitions, dispositions and financing, real estate, corporate and commercial law and banking law.
