		JANE L. BRODY received her J.D. cum laude from Boston University School Of Law in 1983 where she was a J. Paul Liacos distinguished scholar.  She received her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School Of Law in 1990.  Ms. Brody is a graduate of Smith College (1980) with a B.A. Degree in English Language and Literature.  Ms. Brody has more than twenty-five years experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, business counseling including planning for closely held businesses and their owners, general corporate law and commercial law and representing banks and borrowers in the closing of commercial loans and commercial real estate loans.  Ms. Brody was selected by Worth Magazine as one of the nation’s 100 most exceptional attorneys specializing in trust and estates, as a New Jersey Estate Planning and Probate Super Lawyer for 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 and for inclusion in the 62nd Edition of Marquis Who’s Who in America.  Ms. Brody is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of New Jersey and she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chatham Day School. Ms. Brody is a member of the Bars of New Jersey (1986) and Massachusetts (1983).  She has lectured on estate planning and succession planning.
